1. Free Shipping (Contiguous U.S.) & Exclusions

Ormau INC offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We manage the entire logistics chain to ensure your furniture arrives safely with no hidden handling fees.

Shipping Exclusions: Due to the oversized nature of our handcrafted pieces, we currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI);
  • U.S. Overseas Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc.);
  • Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses);
  • P.O. Boxes.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

To provide the most accurate expectation, each piece undergoes a rigorous production and quality control phase before transit. Our total estimated delivery window is structured as follows:

  • Order Processing & Production: 12–14 Calendar Days.
  • International Transit & Logistics: Approximately 30 Calendar Days.
  • Local U.S. Final-Mile Delivery: Approximately 10–15 Calendar Days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 52–59 Calendar Days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Ormau INC is a U.S. registered entity. We handle all necessary documentation and international brokerage fees associated with your order.

  • The price displayed at checkout includes all import-related costs.
  • Sales Tax: In compliance with U.S. law, sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping destination.

4. Final-Mile Delivery & Scheduling

Once your shipment reaches our U.S. distribution network, it is transferred to a specialized regional furniture carrier.

  • Delivery Type: Standard Curbside or Doorstep Delivery.
  • Scheduling: The carrier will contact you via phone or email to coordinate a delivery window once the item reaches your local hub.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can monitor your shipment 24/7 via our Tracking Page.

Note: Your local carrier tracking number (e.g., FedEx Freight or specialized LTL carrier) will be sent to you via email as soon as the package is processed through our U.S. facility.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

While we use reinforced crating, please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report any issues within 7 Calendar Days of receipt.

Please provide photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping labels through our Support Portal.
